Political participation is an important factor in democracy. For this reason, there are various types of election systems in the usages of many countries. It seems that, election systems do not make voters to cast their votes on the day of election, if those people are not interested in politics. Albania is considered a country that has a type of democratic transition which needs to have political participation and interest of its youth in order to establish a solid and strong democratic tradition in the country. This paper examines the youth` s views on political participation and interest in politics in Albania. The results are important and demonstrate that the university students are keen on politics. This is very important for the future of Albanian democracy. The results have been compared with other countries in order to understand the phenomenon of political interest of the target group. Further, the democratic transition and evolving tradition of Albanian politics are encouraging. Therefore, this paper concludes that Albania may have a better future, if the youth involved in politics and political activities more and see youth in the political parties and in the parliament. All Albanian women have the right to take part fully in all aspects of decision taking and decision making. This includes all kind of aspects of political life, family life, cultural and social affairs and the economy.Furthermore, without the active participation of Albanian women, efforts to end poverty are futile: sustainable social and economic development at community and national level and good governance is dependent on women taking part in all decision-making processes. Decision-making that is completely representative advantages not just women, but society as a whole: 'Without the active participation of women and the incorporation of women's perspectives at all levels of decision-making, the aims of development and peace cannot be accomplished. The women`s rights to take part equally with men at all levels of decision-making is a human-rights issue. Human-rights standards guarantee women to take part equally and fully in all aspects of economic, political and social life and to get the courage at all levels. The women`s happiness of other human rights is dependent on their skill to participate fully in decision making. This research paper examines the role of foreign policy and its purpose in world politics. Since the 1990s, foreign policy has started facing challenges of constant redefining its places of responsibilities. It is well known that domestic politics is simply an essential part of the explanation for states' foreign policies, and it searches to understand its impact in world politics. Mainly, foreign policy analysis based upon the argument that all decisions between nations are taken by single or group decision makers. External and domestic factors have affected foreign policy ` decisions. World leaders make decisions to go to war, make peace, create atmosphere for diplomatic relations, impose economic sanctions etc. It is important to note that this research adapts quantitative and content analyses. Firstly; this study begins defining identity. It shows that how much identity is important for foreign policy. Secondly, the study gives information about background of foreign policy and the advantages of foreign policy in world politics. Thirdly it explains the purpose of foreign policy in the World. During the whole research and after the completion of the research, the researcher should abide by the ethical code of The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).The SPSS 16, and the Nvivo10 were used to find and analyze the collected data.Finally, the paper concludes its findings and results with discussions and further suggestions. The perception of cultural diversity is to accept and respect other nations' cultures. This means that people need to understand and recognize others` similarities and differences. The differences and similarities might be race, political implications of ethnicity, gender, economic status, nations, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or any other ideologies. The cultural diversity and differences emerge from the ethnic identity. People need to focus on living together with other people who are from different nations.The topic of perception of cultural diversity creates one of the most significant issues today, and the issue also may continue in the future. The cultural groupings make the whole culture in one country. People need to be acknowledged in order to develop and increase their awareness, understanding, opinions and appreciation of the different cultures. People should be aware that each culture, race and ethnicity makes a significant contribution to the world.This study begins by defining culture, cultural diversity and its influence on people and the cultural perception of people. The paper uses quantitative method with survey questionnaire. The structured questionnaire has been used to collect data.During the whole research and after the completion of the research, the researcher should abide by the ethical code of The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).The SPSS 16, and the Nvivo10 were used to find and analyse the collected data.The results of this paper show that there have been different views regarding the topic "perception of cultural diversity". It has been claimed that people should understand each other and go beyond simple tolerance and embrace and respect the rich cultural diversity, ethnicity and various cultures that each individual maintains.
